Courts Martial
The Courts-Martial process runs separately to the Criminal Justice system for service personnel who are alleged to have committed criminal offences whilst serving in the forces. Although the investigation and indeed the Court process is broadly similar to the civilian one there are a number of highly significant differences.
At Trinity Advocates were have the experience of dealing with Service Personnel from interview under caution at camp through to Trial before the Judge Advocate. With our Higher Rights qualifications it means we can deal with your case from beginning to end. We have excellent contacts with all local Camps and will be on hand to advise whenever asked to do so.
