Inquests
We provide local people with the representation they need at Inquest hearings. Inquest hearings decide the formal who, how, when, where about someone's death and people with an interest in that death (family or those accused of wrongdoing or neglect linked to the death) can be represented at an Inquest. Although an Inquest is supposed to be a hearing without giving blame, parties involved often need help either to find out the truth or to protect themselves against suspicions of blame.
