Katrina qualified as a Solicitor in 2001. Prior to qualification she worked as a paralegal for a large criminal practice in Nottingham. She started out in Criminal Law in 1988 and has carved out for herself a very successful career.
During her 13 years in Nottingham she represented what were regarded locally as "heavy weight" criminals. She has dealt with many very serious matters in including Murder, Rape, Drug Importation and other more general criminal matters. She has represented clients in the Police Station and at Court in relation to very high profile cases a number of which have made the national press. Having practised in such a large city means that Katrina is able to offer advice on all matters at any level.
In recognition of her extensive experience she was awarded her Higher Rights (Criminal) qualification in 2007. She is a Duty Solicitor on both the Court and Police Station Schemes. She has been an accredited police station representative since 1994.
She has particular success in relation to Road Traffic Offences and is able to offer advice and representation in relation to all aspect of Road Traffic Law.
She relocated from Nottingham to Devon in 2006 to enable her to spend more quality time with her young family.
