Rachel Bentley - Partner
Rachel qualified as a Solicitor in 1997 and has practised as a solicitor in Exeter since she qualified. Rachel is a very popular advocate and is well regard by her clients and other professionals for her caring and down to earth approach.
During her time in Exeter she has built up a significant following of very loyal clients who appreciate the extra mile she is always prepared to go for them.
Rachel has the experience to deal with all types of matters before the Court and in the Police Station ranging from minor motoring offences to very serious offences such as murder. She appears in the local Magistrates' Court on a daily basis and is often found assisting and advising clients in the Police Station.
Rachel was awarded her Higher Rights (Criminal) in 2007 in recognition of her extensive experience and skill.
Rachel is a Duty Solicitor and is the local Duty Solicitor Representative and works in liaison with the police in an effort to improve the conditions and treatment of those in police custody.
