Samantha James - Legal Executive
Sam is a Legal Executive.
She has always been interested in criminal law and decided at a very young age that criminal defence was the career for her! Sam has been working within the legal environment since leaving school and has undertaken her legal studies on a part-time basis. Prior to qualifying as a Legal Executive Sam worked as a legal assistant and is currently studying towards her final exams to become a Solicitor.
Sam is an Accredited Police Station Representative and regularly represents clients in the police station. She also assists with the preparation of Crown Court and Magistrates' Court cases.
Sam is also a prison law specialist and is passionate about helping clients in custody. She is very aware of how isolated and abandoned clients in prison can feel and strives to provide prompt advice and assistance on a wide range of issues. Sam has a significant prison law case load.
